White chickpeas are a PAT agri-food product recognized in the register of typical Salento products. Thanks to the soil on which they are grown and the nutrients they absorb during growth, white chickpeas always remain compact and do not fall apart. They are rich in proteins, more than other legumes. They can be cooked and eaten with the whole peel. Soaking time: 12 / 24 hours. It is recommended to soak them for at least 1 night.
